Standard setup for 2 guests. There is no strict limit on the number of guests, but the space is tight for groups of 7 or more. If any of these occur, the actual cost of professional cleaning will be charged ๐ฅฒ Due to the nature of the building (officetel), noise complaints are common; please refrain from loud noise or shouting late at night.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
