Standard setup for 2 guests. There is no strict limit on the number of guests, but the space is tight for groups of 7 or more. If any of these occur, the actual cost of professional cleaning will be charged ๐ฅฒ Due to the nature of the building (officetel), noise complaints are common; please refrain from loud noise or shouting late at night.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.

The location was very convenient and great, as it is right in front of Mapo Subway Station and there is a bus stop nearby. Being able to walk along the Han River just a short distance away was also a plus for me. It was convenient to stay here as there were convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in the building. Since I was staying here for a short vacation in Korea after living abroad, I didn't cook, but the kitchen was well-equipped with basic utensils. The downside is that the cleaning was not done properly when I moved in. There was so much hair in the bathroom that it didn't just look like it was cleaned insufficiently; it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all. If there had only been a few strands, I might have thought it wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough... Also, there was hair on the bedding that hadn't been tidied up, so I informed the owner, and they cleaned it again while I was out. The cleaner said they couldn't do it because they didn't have a lint roller, but honestly, I couldn't understand that explanation at all. Is it right that you can't clean just because you don't have the tools? It's not like cleaning fees aren't included in the price, and whether or not they clean the bathroom isn't a matter of whether they have the tools or not, is it? I believe I was just unlucky and entered when the cleanliness was poor, but since cleaning is a basic requirement for rental accommodations like this, I hope you will check thoroughly in the future.
