Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and in the bathroom. - Smoking will result in immediate eviction and charges for restoration (wallpaper replacement) and professional cleaning (500,000 KRW). - No refunds will be issued if evicted due to indoor smoking. (Indoor smoking may trigger smoke detectors and result in an emergency response from the fire department.) 2. Adherence to residential etiquette is mandatory. - Loud parties are not permitted. - Please observe proper etiquette for shared residential buildings (apartments). - You may be asked to leave early if complaints arise from neighbors. 3. Please dispose of all trash (including food waste) upon check-out. Reservations cannot be made without agreeing to this. *Failure to dispose of trash will result in a 100,000 KRW deduction from the deposit. *Standard trash bags and food waste disposal are provided free of charge. 4. The room accommodates two people; please contact us regarding additional guests. *An unauthorized extra guest will incur a charge of 15,000 KRW per person, per night.
