We ask for your understanding. :) We conduct monthly disinfection and pest control to maintain cleanliness. 🐜 🔌 Excessive use of included utilities may result in additional service charges. Gas and electricity are billed separately based on individual meter readings. Please make sure to switch the boiler to "Away" mode or turn it off when you go out. 🧯 To prevent fire hazards, the use and possession of electric heating appliances (such as electric mats or heaters) are strictly prohibited.
⚠️ Electricity and gas charges are not included in the management fee. Charges for items not included in the management fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of included utilities.
