A separate fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for replacement if the bedding is stained or soiled (e.g., by food or cosmetics). - Parking space is limited, so parking may not always be available (parallel parking might be required), and standard passenger cars may need to use the parking tower (SUVs cannot use the parking tower).
