Of the 4 rooms in the 50-pyeong apartment, only 1 room is locked by the host. You can freely use the other 3 rooms, the living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The large room has 1 queen bed, one small room has 1 super single bed, and the other small room has 2 mini single beds, a desk, a computer, and a printer.
It takes about 15 minutes by village bus from Ori Station. From Ori Station, you can take the Suin-Bundang Line to Suwon and Incheon. Get off at Migeum Station by village bus and take the Shinbundang Line to Gangnam Station, which takes 19 minutes by subway. Take seat bus No. 102 in front of the house to Konkuk University Station. Check-in is contactless. We will send you a temporary password and an app link. Use it to open the front door lock. We will also send you the apartment entrance password when you check in. We have newly installed air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms. The dishwasher is not currently connected. The front and back are unobstructed, the distance between buildings is very wide, and since it's on the 18th floor, it's a cool house just by opening the door.

Of the four rooms, only one is used by the host for storage and is locked with a door lock, so you don't have to worry about it at all. In other words, you can freely use the entire 50-pyeong apartment except for one room.
I had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this spacious and clean home. I stayed for about two months while my place was being renovated, and the host was so kind and helpful that I had a great time without any issues.

It was clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The host was kind. Aside from the refrigerator being a bit small for our family of four, we were very satisfied with our stay.
