Although it's in the city center, you can see trees when you open the windows, making it a quiet place to relax. It's a villa-style house in the city center with nature, where you can hear birds in the morning. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen are separate, and you can open the windows in each space, ensuring good ventilation and air circulation for a hygienic environment.
3 minutes from Jungdong Station Exit 10, 1 minute from the city bus stop. Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal is a 5-7 minute walk, the bus stop for Incheon Airport is a 6-7 minute walk, Shin Haeundae Train Station is a 5-minute taxi ride, and Gimhae Airport Limousine Bus Stop is a 7-minute walk.
Once the contract is confirmed, detailed instructions on how to use the space will be sent via text message. All processes are conducted non-face-to-face (in-person meetings are possible if necessary). Three people can use the entire second-floor space, and all necessary items for accommodation are provided. If the number of people exceeds three, the third-floor bedroom and living room bathroom can be used (up to 3 additional people, additional charges apply). Please consult in advance if you have pets.
There are E-Mart, coffee shops, convenience stores, and various restaurants nearby. Hospitals, schools, churches, temples, police stations, government offices, and galleries are in the vicinity, providing a quiet and clean environment. Jangsan Park, Dalmaji Hill, and Haeundae Beach are located nearby. There are CCTV and streetlights in front of the building. Expensive artworks are displayed throughout the house, so grilling and smelly dishes are not allowed. The first floor is used as a gallery.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. The current price is for 3 people. For 3 or more people, the 3rd floor (23 pyeong) room, living room, and bathroom are used. You can move from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor via the internal stairs. For 3 or more people, the additional fee is determined by the number of people. If you overuse the included items, an additional management fee may be requested. *
