❤️ This newly built multi-family home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was prepared with great care by the landlord. 🏠 It is located a 10-minute walk from Mangwoo Station. 🏡 It is on a quiet, flat area, two blocks in from the main road. ☀️ It is south-facing, so it's bright and sunny all day long. (Blackout curtains are also installed on all windows!) ✅️ Most of the appliances and furniture needed for daily life are provided. 🌿 There is a large, private terrace where you can relax. (Artificial turf has been installed!) 🫧 The house is kept very clean by a professional cleaning company before each move-in.🙏

- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in time is 3 PM / Check-out time is 11 AM. - Detailed check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your check-in day.
🛏️ Mattresses are always a concern for the landlord. The master bedroom has an expensive Queen Coil Euro mattress (Q), and the guest room has a Lone Foam Latex independent mattress (S). 🧹 Simple cleaning supplies such as a cordless vacuum cleaner are provided. 🛜 Wireless internet and IPTV are installed. ✅️ Please contact us by message for daily schedule additions. ✅️ Move-in registration is possible (for stays of 4 weeks or more). 🚫 Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. ✅️ Our space operates as a rental business, not an accommodation business, so we comply with the following under the Public Health Management Act: 1. The hygiene products and disposable items (blankets, pillows, towels, shampoo, toilet paper) in the photos are examples and are not actually provided. 2. Laundry and cleaning services are not provided during the stay.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Wireless internet and IPTV are installed. - Additional management fees may be charged if there is an abnormal level of excessive electricity, gas, or water usage.
Thanks to the host's consideration, I was able to stay comfortably for 4 weeks. It was so nice to be able to spend a good time with my family thanks to the good accommodation. 😄
