It's an old building, but the wallpaper, bed, and desk are new. The trees and road outside the window are beautiful. It's on the second floor, so it's easy to climb. The subway, convenience store, Paris Baguette, coffee shop, and restaurant are all right in front. Parking is available on the street. Right next to Incheon Stadium.
Electricity and gas are separate. For stays of 1 or 2 weeks, all utilities are included. For stays of 3 weeks or more, electricity and gas are separate. However, a long-term discount will be applied. :) Water and internet are included even for stays of 3 weeks or more. Items not included in the management fee will be settled upon check-out. If included items are used excessively, additional management fees may be requested.
The house was clean and very pleasant. The price was also very cheap, so I think I'll use it again later.
It was hard to find a place where I could move in with my cat, but it's near the subway station, has an elevator, and is in clean condition, so I had a really good stay before leaving. For those who have timid pets, be sure to block off the space under the sink in advance! My cat hid in the corner, and it was really hard to get it out. haha
