The unit is located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building. Although there is a karaoke bar in the basement, there is absolutely no noise disturbance—in fact, there is a Pilates studio and a study room on the 2nd floor. It is furnished with one queen-size bed and one super-single bed; running both the large and small air conditioners keeps the entire place cool. Water pressure is excellent. As for parking, there is space next to the building available for 2–3 cars on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is located a 2-minute walk from Boramae Station. You can walk there safely and quickly, as there are no traffic lights or crosswalks along the way. It is located a 5-minute walk from Sinpung Station.

All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
It was difficult to fall asleep because the light in the master bedroom was not blocked. The house felt like it was tilting overall. It was inconvenient because there were no storage cabinets or hangers. It seems like it needs to be disinfected because bugs like woodlice came out every day. The stairs going up to the second floor were too dark.
