- It's clean because it's been remodeled. - There's plenty of storage space and the bed is very soft. - If you are reported for preparing toiletries, bedding, or furniture in a separate room, you may be asked to leave early, so it's best to check carefully before booking. - There is a CU convenience store, a 24-hour unmanned cafe, and a laundromat on the first floor of the building. - It's an officetel right in front of the station, so you can get home safely.
- It is right outside Exit 1 of Sungui Station. - 6 minutes from Inha University Hospital - 10 minutes by car from Wolmido and Chinatown

-The officetel is only 10 seconds from the station, so it's safe and convenient for transportation in winter and summer. -It's great because Inha University Hospital, CJ CheilJedang Incheon Plant 1, and Wolmido are nearby. -Mechanical parking can be registered for stays of 8 weeks or more. For shorter stays, you can park anywhere in front of the building on the 1st floor. -There are 4 elevators, so it's efficient. -The bed is a storage bed, so there's plenty of storage and a good view.
- The price includes electricity, water, gas, internet, and TV. - If you use too much, additional management fees may be incurred.
It was conveniently located near the station, and having restaurants nearby was a plus. I was there alone on a week-long business trip, and since I mostly just used the place for sleeping, I didn't find it inconvenient. However, the bathroom is small, making showering a bit uncomfortable. Bedding, pillows, and towels are not provided, so you'll need to bring your own.
