Take Airport Limousine bus No. 600 or 601 from the airport (approx. 50 minutes) and get off at the "Yerae Entrance" (Yerae-ipgu) stop. Turn the corner to the right and take a local bus bound for Haye; get off at the "Haye-dong" stop (about a 10-minute ride). Enter the alley opposite the briquette-grilled pork (Yeontan Bulgogi) restaurant; the property is a newly built, two-story gray brick townhouse located 300 meters inside.
Check-in is primarily handled via a contactless process. While there is no separate cleaning fee, you are required to clean the unit upon check-out (specifically the bathroom, washing towels, and tidying the kitchen) and restore the facilities to their original condition. Please note that any repair costs resulting from damage or issues such as a clogged toilet during your stay will be charged at actual cost; we would appreciate it if you could treat the space with care, just like your own home.
Located roughly halfway between the Seogwipo Jungmun Complex and Sanbangsan Mountain, this property sits at the edge of a quiet hillside village near the harbor. It is close to attractions like "Witch's Hill" (Manyeo-ui Eondeok), Nonjitmul Beach, and local swimming areas. The location offers pleasant breezes and is perfect for coastal walks. You can see the ocean from the house, and the coast is just a 300-meter walk away. Situated on a hillside where mountain breezes blow, the property enjoys an ideal location free from the salt and humidity often associated with coastal living. It offers the perfect environment for everything from a week-long getaway to longer stays of a month or even a year.
The rates are calculated based on the average cost incurred for a full week of use. For long-term periods exceeding two weeks, management fees are determined based on actual costs through consultation (discounts apply for long-term contracts).
The house was fully equipped, making my two-week stay very comfortable, and it was spotless since it's a new build. The nearby coastal walking path was wonderful, and I even saw plenty of fireflies. I really enjoyed my stay.

It has a neat exterior, and the high ceilings inside create a spacious, open atmosphere. Being located along a quiet Jeju back road allows for a private, relaxing getaway—a real plus! There are plenty of attractions and great restaurants nearby, plus a Daiso close by, making for a comfortable stay and wonderful memories.
