Take Airport Limousine Bus No. 600 or 601 from the airport (approx. 50 minutes). Get off at the Yerae Entrance stop in the Seogwipo Jungmun Tourist Complex area. Turn right at the corner and take a local bus from the Haye-bound stop. After a 10-minute ride, get off at the Haye-dong stop. Enter the alley across from the Yeontan Bulgogi restaurant. The new, gray, two-story brick townhouse is located 300 meters inside.
Move-in is mainly done non-face-to-face. Instead of charging a separate cleaning fee, cleaning upon departure (especially the bathroom, laundry of towels, kitchen tidying) and restoration of facilities to their original state are mandatory. Construction costs due to toilet clogging, damage, etc. during use will be charged at actual cost, so please use it as if it were your own home. Thank you~^^
Located between Seogwipo Jungmun Complex and Sambangsan Mountain. It is a quiet hillside village on the edge of a fishing port, adjacent to nearby Witch's Hill, Nonjitmul Beach, amusement park, swimming pool, etc. The sea breeze is pleasant and it is a good place for a coastal walk. The sea is visible from the house, and you can enjoy a walk along the coast, which is 300 meters away. It is located on a mountain breeze hill, and is blessed with a natural location free from the salt and humidity of the coast. It is a great environment for a week-long vacation, but also for a month-long or year-long stay.
The amount is calculated based on the average fee for using all included items for one week. For long-term management fees of 2 weeks or more, the actual cost will be negotiated and adjusted (discounted for long-term contracts).
The owner is very friendly and the house is in excellent condition.
