Each room has a single bed and a desk, and the large room has a sofa and a TV. - It is a fully-equipped room with a drum washer/dryer, a 2-door refrigerator, a microwave, an air conditioner, an induction cooktop, internet, IPTV, etc.
- Located between Guui Station and Konkuk University Station on Subway Line 2, Guui Station is closer when using the subway. - 3-minute walk from Guui Station, 7-minute walk from Konkuk University Station
- Check-in is contactless, and the front door lock password will be provided on the day of arrival. - Check-in from 3 PM / Check-out until 11 AM - Upon check-out, please restore the room to its original condition as it was upon check-in. - Bedding and towels are not provided. Bedding can be purchased upon prior request (50,000 KRW per set, cash payment upon check-in).
- Standard room for 2 people, maximum 3 people allowed / Additional charges apply for 3 people. 50,000 KRW/week payable in cash upon check-in (preschool children are free) - No entry for guests other than those with prior reservations, and guests may be asked to leave if they cause excessive noise or disturb the peace. - Costs may be incurred for damages to the interior finish or items. - Additional charges will apply for excessive use of electricity and water. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including e-cigarettes), and a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. - Pets are not allowed. - Guests are responsible for purchasing and using any other necessary items.
