This is a "1.5-room" unit at Ocean Foret Benest, a newly built, resort-style apartment complex near Yedanpo Port. It is a self-contained unit within the complex, featuring a separate living room and bedroom. The property offers convenient parking and a clean living environment. True to its name, the windows offer views of both the sea and the forest, providing a quiet, comfortable retreat away from the noise of the city.
There is a bus stop right in front of the house, making it easy to get to the airport or Yeongjong Station. About 5 minutes by bus to Yeongjong Station About 15 minutes to Incheon International Airport About 20 minutes to Eulwangni Beach About 45 minutes to Seoul Station As local infrastructure is not yet fully developed, having a car or bicycle is convenient. It is easy to take walks along the Yedanpo Trail or in nearby parks, and there are restaurants and cafes in the area.
Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. The check-in process is contactless, and I will provide the access code and instructions on the day of your arrival. If there are any issues, I will resolve them promptly.
Internet access, terrestrial TV channels, two system air conditioners, Simmons queen-size bed, ESSA sofa, blackout blinds, refrigerator, washer-dryer, bidet, gas stove, electric cooktop, rice cooker, tableware, drying rack, handheld vacuum, cooking utensils… Toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own. A separate cleaning fee applies if you bring a dog.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Excessive use of the included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee.
It was clear that the host put a lot of care and effort into this short-term rental. I stayed here for six weeks with my boyfriend, who was visiting from Germany, and we were completely comfortable without any issues! Whenever I contacted the host about something, they were always kind; the place was spotless and odor-free—simply perfect. The apartment complex itself was quiet, and we didn't really hear any noise from neighbors upstairs or downstairs. The recycling area was well-maintained, and the complex was great for taking walks. Best of all, the location is surrounded by forest and sea, so the view from the apartment was amazing—we enjoyed days filled with sunshine! You could even see the ocean from the apartment, and the sunset was absolutely stunning. Transportation was convenient, too; buses ran right in front of the building every 2–5 minutes, making it easy for us to visit Songdo and nearby areas, and it seemed like a great location for driving as well. I would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation if I visit Yeongjongdo in the future. Compared to other rentals, the amenities—like the clean refrigerator, washing machine, bed, high-quality tableware, and towels—felt superior. I’m rambling a bit, aren't I? Haha. That just goes to show how happy our time here was. I’m so grateful to the host and highly recommend this place!
