This is a comfortable home, similar in size to a standard residence. The base occupancy is two people. Up to three people can stay, but an additional fee applies. Additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person. It is an excellent short-term rental, fully equipped with almost all necessary household amenities. *Smoking is strictly prohibited.* (A fee of 1 million KRW—covering cleaning and damages—will be charged for indoor smoking.) *After previously charging only 100,000 KRW for indoor smoking and receiving a retaliatory 2-star review, I now strictly charge 1 million KRW. I take a zero-tolerance approach to smoking.* *I do not accept guests from China or ethnic Koreans from China (Joseonjok). Please do not apply. Violators will be evicted without a refund (this applies to issues such as smoking or leaving the property in a filthy condition).*
If you use public transportation, it is convenient to take bus number 70 from the stop right in front of the house. Transportation links are excellent. The house is located by the riverside in Dongcheon-dong.
Check-in is available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival, and an information message regarding check-in will be sent at 9:00 AM. The access code will be provided at 1:00 PM sharp, the scheduled check-in time. Pets are strictly prohibited. *Guests will be required to leave the premises if additional occupants are found without the extra-person fee having been paid.*

I visited to participate in the Hwarangdaegi tournament. The location was close to Alcheon, there was a mart right out front, and parking nearby was convenient, making the stay stress-free. It was fully stocked with all the necessary daily essentials, so I didn't need to bring a thing. It was a wonderful experience.
