This is a studio apartment building near the 2nd Jung-gu Office. There is bus transportation, but most people use their own cars. Parking is available inside the building and on the surrounding streets.
Check-in is contactless. Smoking and pets are prohibited. Once your check-in is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. *Check-in time is after 1 PM (afternoon) and check-out time is before 12 PM (noon). Failure to comply with these times may result in additional charges. For more details, please contact the administrator.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
