📌 Check-in and services are all non-face-to-face :) 📌 Check-in is at 4 PM, check-out is at 11 AM (please inquire for early check-in or late check-out) 📌 A 20-pyeong (approx. 66 sq m) private space, completely separate from the host, is provided in a 56-pyeong (approx. 185 sq m) apartment. 1️⃣ Upon entering the common entrance, you'll find a simple cooking area, 2️⃣ a cafeteria offering fragrant coffee, and 3️⃣ a double inner door separates the host's and guest's spaces, providing private relaxation. 4️⃣ The guest space consists of a bedroom with a balcony overlooking Soyang River and a private bathroom. 5️⃣ Please refer to the amenities below :) 🛏Private Bedroom🛋 : Queen-size bed, air conditioner, StandbyMe TV, table & chair, spacious wardrobe ☕️Cafeteria🍽 : Private refrigerator, electric rice cooker, 1-burner induction cooktop, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, coffee pot, toaster, ice maker, bottled water, and all tableware 🎊 Unlimited fragrant coffee available from the fully automatic coffee machine ⚠️ Please place used dishes in the dish collection basket. I had a wonderful stay with a view of the river :) The host was quick to respond to messages, and everything was comfortable.
This accommodation was absolutely perfect for our entire family, including the children. The facilities were spotless and excellent, and the riverside view was simply breathtaking. We even got to watch the fireworks from Legoland! Thank you so much for the coffee and toast as well.
I had a great stay for a week. I happened to see the Chuncheon Gangbyeon Koaru Apartment on an app, and it looked so nice with the Soyang River flowing in front of it. So, when I visited Chuncheon last year, I went to see this apartment and the walking trail. I thought to myself that I'd like to live in a place like this when I retire, and now I've been able to experience it through 33M2. Just watching the Soyang River flow gently is healing. And, the quietness, with no car noise around, where I could only hear the ticking of the wall clock, was so wonderful. Also, thanks to the host who provided welcome bread and coffee, and even took care of laundry and dishwashing, I had a wonderful time. If circumstances allow, I will come again. Thank you.
