◆ Important Notices - No smoking indoors; pets are not allowed (a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if a violation is detected). - Located in a quiet residential area; please be mindful of noise (persistent noise complaints may result in eviction). - As a basic cleaning fee is charged, please leave the unit in the same clean and tidy condition as when you checked in. (We ask for your understanding, as we have incurred professional cleaning costs of 250,000 KRW due to guests who misused the property.) If the unit is left in a state requiring professional deep cleaning, a fee of 200,000 KRW will be deducted from the security deposit. - Rental rates for 'Hyeoksin Cozy Life' are based on a maximum occupancy of two people. Costs may vary if additional guests stay. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the condition upon checkout—such as damage or cleanliness—differs significantly from the condition at check-in. - In accordance with short-term rental regulations, items such as bedding and personal hygiene amenities (shampoo, body wash, etc.) are provided as paid rental items.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Please note that additional charges may apply upon check-out if electricity and gas are used excessively.
