Hwanggeum behind the building with fresh air and a natural spring; itβs a refreshing spot for a light walk. πΈ Dasan Hyundai Premium Outlet is a 5-minute drive away. πΈ The unit offers a view of Donong Station and is just a 1-minute walk away. πΈ Transportation and local amenities are excellent! π πΈ Please be sure to turn off the heating/cooling and lights when you go out or check out! {In summer, please turn off the AC when leaving for a long time or checking out. In winter, switch the boiler to 'Away' mode for long outings, turn it off completely upon check-out, and please make sure all lights are turned off. π} *Please note that once the booking is confirmed, the payment is not 100% refundable upon cancellation.*
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. Please refrain from excessive heating or electricity use and treat the place like your own home by using utilities responsibly. Please note that excessive use of heating or cooling will result in a deduction from your security deposit.

It was clean and nice.
It's very close to Donong Station, and many buses pass between them, so it's the best in terms of transportation accessibility. The owner also tries to accommodate inquiries and requests as much as possible, and there is no noise in the surrounding area.
