A foldable 3-tier mattress, Wi-Fi, and 1 bathroom. ๐งผ๐ซงKitchen/laundry room - Home appliances, a water purifier, a dryer, cleaning tools, and a recycling bin. ๐ชSmall room - A latex mattress, a desk, and furniture.
๐ The bus stop is located right in front of the apartment, in front of 'World Shopping Center'. ๐ It takes about 10 to 15 minutes by bus to Geomdan Station and Gimpo Bukbyeon Station. ๐ I mainly use my own car, but if you ask me, "Where and how should I go?", I will guide you as much as possible! ๐
๐ Check-in instructions will be sent via KakaoTalk upon contract confirmation. ๐ Please refer to the guidebook on the dining table for instructions on how to use household items. ๐ณ Food waste card, white bag, dishcloth, sponge, and 3 multi-outlets are provided. ๐ณ Pots are available in various sizes. ๐ง A water purifier that only dispenses purified water is available. โ ๏ธ You will be charged for any loss or damage upon check-out. ๐ซ Smoking is only allowed in the flower bed on the 1st floor. Please refrain from making noise due to drinking.

(From 4 PM in the 1st-floor parking lot) ๐ก When you exit the apartment โฌ ๏ธ Immediately to the left (towards Geomdan) you'll find Starbucks, a supermarket, Daiso, No Brand, etc. โก๏ธ To the right (towards Gimpo Gamjeong-dong) is Homeplus โฌ๏ธ The road straight ahead is a quiet path like a rice paddy, connecting to Gimpo and Ilsan Bridge. โจ๏ธ In the World Shopping Center right in front you'll find a hospital, pharmacy, public bath, hair salon, coffee shop, snack bar, butcher shop, fruit/vegetable store, restaurants, golf screen range, and so much more โ it's incredibly convenient. ๐ฟ The nearby walking trails change their atmosphere with each season and offer beautiful scenery, perfect for exercise, walks, and taking photos. ๐งบ A 5-day market is held every week, โ ๏ธ On Tuesdays at the apartment entrance, โ ๏ธ On Fridays within our apartment complex, you'll find delicious street food and interesting sights to enjoy ๐ค
