- 3-minute walk to the intercity & express bus terminal - 5-minute drive to Taehwagang Station - Location with the best infrastructure (Department stores, movie theaters, and shopping streets are within a 1-5 minute walk)
- Check-in can be done non-face-to-face. - The maximum number of occupants is 2 people, and please inquire separately for additional occupants. - Smoking is prohibited indoors for the next occupant and surrounding tenants.
Damage and contamination of property will incur compensation costs. Please refrain from smoking and bringing pets. As a host, I will provide you with a room where you can relax and live comfortably!
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
