The place was more spacious and cleaner than the photos showed, and I really enjoyed my stay!
I should say that everyone was satisfied, but for the next guest, two things need to be improved. The first is that there is a repetitive motor sound, whether it's from the boiler or the refrigerator, that is not loud but disturbs sleep. The second is that if you leave the bathroom door open, there seems to be no soundproofing from the upstairs. The sound of the person upstairs gargling and gagging is vividly transmitted. Other than that, it's not far from the subway station, and although I didn't use it, there was a styler... it was a very well-maintained house.
