I stayed here while my house was being renovated. It had everything I needed—like internet, a refrigerator, and a desk—so it was quite convenient. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, so I often heard the neighbors arguing or a dog barking at night.
I was looking for a place to stay during the interior renovation, and it's clean and nice. I was worried about regular studio apartments with mini-fridges and mini-drum washing machines, but this place has a built-in refrigerator and a top-loading washing machine, so it was good for my family to stay. It's a piloti-structured building, so parking was easy with one parking space per household. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that you have to go up a slight hill and you can hear the neighbors a little. Other than that, it was good for a short-term stay.
