๐ซงThe air conditioner was disassembled and cleaned in early June. It is regularly disassembled and cleaned every year. ๐Nearby amenities Starbucks, Daiso, Mart, convenience store, Lotteria, Olive Young, Subway, Baskin Robbins are right nearby. Costco, Uniqlo, and other shopping centers are within a 15-minute walk. It is a convenient place for living without any shortcomings.
All utility bills are included in the management fee, but if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The location was excellent, with restaurants, a bus stop, and a subway station right nearby. It was a convenient place for cooking and doing laundry. Although the space was a bit small, it was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing me to stay comfortably for five weeks. The host was also kind and responsive whenever I needed anything.

The location is incredibly convenient, with great amenities nearby like a restaurant district and convenience stores, making for a really pleasant stay. The place gets plenty of natural light and is equipped with a secure lock, so I think itโs a safe choice for women as well. The landlord was super quick to respond to any inquiries, and the place was clean and nice. Itโs easy to catch a taxi nearby, which is great for getting around late at night. Even though itโs in a restaurant area and it was the middle of summer, I didn't see a single bugโlikely because it's on a high floor!
It was great because it was very close to the station and the room was very clean. The facilities were also well-equipped, so I didn't experience any inconvenience even during my long stay. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!!
