Check-in is contactless. We will send you a message when the contract is confirmed. Move-in registration, pets, and smoking are not allowed. Please inquire about adjusting check-in/check-out times. (Standard: Check-in at 3 PM ~ Check-out at 11 AM)
Additional charges will be applied for damage to furniture and fixtures. It is a large apartment complex, so it is quiet and safe without any security concerns. Personal hygiene items are not provided.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.

I finished my month-long stay. What was unfortunate was that the bathroom shower faucet was faulty and needed replacing, the bathroom electrical switch was faulty and needed replacing, and I really suffered from the cold because I couldn't tell if the heating was working or not. Other than that, it was okay. It's fine to do short-term rentals, but shouldn't you thoroughly maintain the facilities in advance before renting them out?
