- This room was remodeled after the first tenant moved in in February. - There is a large room and a small room (each with a queen-size bed and a super single bed, respectively), and a shared kitchen. - It is a quiet and cozy place, so you will not have any inconvenience during your stay. - The rock climbing park, located right below Eungbongsan Mountain, is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. - The basic fee is for 2 people, and an additional 20,000 won per person will be charged for additional guests.
If you use your own car, you can reach all the famous surrounding areas such as Seongsu-dong, Konkuk University Station, Seoul Forest, and Wangsimni within 15 to 20 minutes (excluding traffic congestion). The closest station is Eungbong Station (Gyeongui-Jungang Line), and you can reach Wangsimni in 2 minutes, Konkuk University Station in 15 minutes, and Ttukseom in about 10 minutes. If you go down a little from the house, there is a main road with an airport bus stop, so you can also go to the airport.
- Check-in is contactless. - Upon contract confirmation, we will send you detailed check-in instructions, door lock password, etc. via message. - We will also provide information on transportation and other nearby facilities. - Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. - Please refrain from cooking fish!
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If excessive electricity, water, or gas is used, additional charges may apply.
