    The location is not far from the station, and we had a comfortable stay without any issues. However, please note that the 30,000 won maintenance fee covers water only; electricity and gas costs must be paid separately. It made me feel quite bad to hear that my mother had to take cold showers because electricity was charged separately. We stayed for a week without even turning on the air conditioner or using the washing machine, so please be aware that there are additional costs involved.
