Homeplus and a mart are right next door, and the traditional market (Samcheok Central Market) is also nearby. Samcheok Beach is 5 minutes away. It's also great for sightseeing, with attractions like Hwanseongul Cave, Daegeumgul Cave, Surobuin Park, and Haesindang Park. It's also nice for a walk in the Rose Park.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. There is no cleaning fee, but if the space is left too messy or damaged, a cleaning fee may be charged. Please put your trash in the garbage bags provided upon check-out and dispose of them. For recyclables, please separate them at the collection point right next door.
