😍 Highly recommended, 1-minute walk from Hwa

I had a wonderful one-month stay. With its unbeatable location, it’s the perfect place for getting around (even without a car) and offers great options for both dining out and cooking at home. I considered staying at a hotel instead, but I felt as comfortable here as if I were in my own home. Highly recommended! ♡♡

I had a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is convenient yet quiet, and the host was thoughtful and kind. They provided detailed information, and the place was practically furnished with everything I needed, so I stayed without any inconvenience. Thank you! :D

It was a great place, aside from the bed being a bit hard. There were insect screens, so I could keep the windows open, and the room was equipped with air conditioning. Although I had to buy my own towels, toilet paper, and toiletries, the location was excellent—with an E-Mart right across the street, a Daiso nearby, and a CU convenience store right downstairs. There was a washing machine in the room, but the rubber seal looked dirty, so I just used the laundromat on the first floor instead; you can get a wash and dry done there for 10,000 won. The fridge is large, and since they mentioned the mattress would be replaced soon, I’d recommend this place for its great location.
