Check-in is contactless. • Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions on the morning of the check-in day. • No additional guests are allowed beyond the standard occupancy of 1 person. • Smoking is not allowed indoors. • Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. (Negotiable) • Fees for loss of use, special cleaning, etc., may be charged for damage, loss, or contamination of property.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse electricity, gas, or water, you may be charged an additional amount upon check-out. (We will only inform you if there are any unusual readings after checking the meter. If you use them sparingly as if they were your own home, you will not be charged separately.)
