The beds and appliances, including the washing machine, dryer, microwave, and air conditioner, have all been replaced with new ones. The large room has one double bed and one single bed, accommodating about 4 people. Another room is furnished with a sofa for watching TV. It's a 4-minute walk from Mapo Station, offering convenient access to the subway. Located in a quiet and pleasant alley near the Han River, within Mapo Station's area. There's a convenience store on the first floor of the apartment building. Han River Park is just a 1-minute walk away.
Mapo Station is within a 3-minute walk, and you can transfer to the Airport Line, Gyeongui Line, Line 5, and Line 6 from Mapo Station. You can quickly access the airport. Gongdeok Station is a 10-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop within a 1-minute walk from the accommodation.
Check-in is contactless. After the contract, we will send you the room number and password via message. Please feel free to leave a message if you have any questions. If you wish to extend your contract, please contact us via chat. We will do our best to accommodate your check-in and check-out times. Disposable items such as toothbrushes and razors are not provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face cleanser, and toothpaste are provided. No smoking indoors, no parties, no pets, no noise (to avoid complaints).
There is a food street nearby, and you can walk, run, or bike along the Han River, which is a 1-minute walk away. It is the best place for transportation, as you can go anywhere. You can conveniently access major tourist attractions in Seoul such as Hongdae, Yongsan, Gangnam, Gwanghwamun, Myeongdong, Yeouido, Namdaemun, and Namsan. All facilities in the accommodation have been replaced with new products for your convenience. The intercom has also been replaced with a new one for safe use. CCTV, 24-hour security office 2 beds (queen, super single), sofa, 55-inch TV, large refrigerator, Dyson air purifier, 2 air conditioners (wall-mounted, stand-type), dining table, all furniture and electronics are new and fully equipped. Drum washing machine, drum dryer included. Laundry detergent (liquid detergent, fabric softener) fully stocked. Tableware and kitchen utensils fully stocked. We provide a clean space prepared with disinfection, laundry, and cleaning. As it is a residential building, parties and noise are not allowed (building rules). A new self-service laundry and ice cream store has opened on the first floor, so you can conveniently do your laundry 24 hours a day.
