Move-in can be done in person or remotely. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. - Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the garden. - Direct flames are restricted to protect the lawn in the yard garden. - Use is restricted to the number of people specified in the contract. - If parties or loud noises cause inconvenience to neighbors, it may be difficult to continue the contract. - After the rental period ends, please clean and restore the property to its original condition (including the bathroom and kitchen). - Pets are allowed (1).
- There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. - Sangsangmadang, Gongjicheon, Songam Stadium, and Mullegil Canoe Center are within a 10-minute walk. - If property is damaged or soiled, compensation for damages will be incurred (be careful of pet contamination). * Towels and bedding (pillow covers, duvet pads, and duvet + covers) are optional (not provided by default). - Chuncheon residents, those who want to experience living in Chuncheon, and foreigners are all welcome. * Recommended as an artist's residence space.
