๐ Hello! This is the newly opened Bombom House. It's a modern interior decorated in white & gray tones. It's a fully-equipped officetel with everything from a queen bed to a 43-inch smart TV. You can accommodate up to 4 people by using the sofa bed. It's a prime location directly connected to Munjeong Station in Songpa via an underground passage! There are many amenities within the mixed-use building, making for a great living environment.
It is a transportation hub with everything nearby. ๐Munjeong Station is connected to the basement of the accommodation. There are many convenience facilities nearby, such as Daiso, convenience stores, 24-hour laundromats, restaurants, and cafes. ๐Lotte World and Suseo Station are 7 minutes away by public transportation, so accessibility is excellent. ๐Gangnam Station/Jamsil Station/Suseo Station/Seokchon Lake/Asan Hospital/Samsung Medical Center are all within 20 minutes of the accommodation.

The location is excellent, and it is clean.
Based on my experience staying at other short-term rentals (officetels) in Munjeong, this place (M-State) seems to have a great location. Personally, Iโd rate the cleanliness as averageโit looks like they only cleaned the areas within easy reach. Still, compared to other places Iโve stayed, itโs on the cleaner side. A major plus is that almost all personal amenities are provided; even the trash cans are lined with recycling bags. Also, the option to accommodate four people is a great advantage, though Iโm not sure how comfortable it would actually be given the limited space.
Well-equipped accommodation. Easy access to a metro station. Good communication.
