I had a comfortable rest; it's comfortable and great.
Cons: Underwear and socks left behind by the previous occupant were found in the room. I incurred additional costs due to unwashed or heavily stained bedding. Because the building is old and poorly maintained, insects like spiders and mites got into the living room and bedrooms, even with the doors closed. Pros: The host is quick to respond and friendly. It was great to find an affordable place located near the station.
