⚠️ Taking photos of the unit immediately after moving in can help prevent disputes regarding potential damage or soiling of the facilities. :) ⚠️ Pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding. :) 🔌 Additional maintenance fees may be charged if included utilities are used excessively. Gas and electricity charges are billed separately based on individual meter readings. Please make sure to switch the boiler to "Away" mode or turn it off when you go out. 🧯 To prevent fire hazards, the use and possession of electric heating appliances (such as electric mats or heaters) are strictly prohibited.
⚠️ Electricity and gas charges are not included in the management fee. Charges for items not included in the management fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of included utilities.
It was so convenient that everything needed for daily life—such as a refrigerator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and kitchenware—was already provided, so I didn't have to bring anything. I think I’ll stay here again if I come back. The manager is also very kind.
