-This is a cozy and quiet neighborhood in Gangneung where you can hear the sounds of birds, trees, and wind when you open the window. ✔ Two rooms, living room & kitchen. ✔ The master bedroom has a single bed and air conditioning. The small room is a dressing room. ✔ Remodeled kitchen, living room with a large desk/dining table, chairs, refrigerator, and wine refrigerator. ✔ Please inquire if you are staying for 4 weeks or more.
- Spacious parking lot! - Anmok Beach, downtown, and the bus stop for Gangneung Station are a 5-minute walk away. - A 5-minute taxi ride from Gangneung Station. - Within a 3-minute walk, you'll find popular bakeries, cafes, coffee shops, various restaurants, and convenience stores (CU, Emart24). - Gangneung Emart and Chodang Restaurant Street are a 5-minute drive away. - The Municipal Library and a general hospital are a 5-minute walk away.
✔ Based on 1 or 2 people. (Please contact us in advance if 3 people will be staying) ✔ Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information on how to check in and use the facilities. (We will create a non-face-to-face temporary use contract) ✔ This is an old apartment that has been renovated internally. Stay in our clean and charming interior, even if the exterior is shabby. ✔ There is no sink in the bathroom. ✔ A small baby washing machine is installed.
📌 Check-in is contactless, and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule! When checking out, please do a basic cleaning, just as you did when checking in. 📌 The standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 12 PM, but this can be changed depending on the situation. Please inquire! 📌 Please dispose of trash in designated areas using standard garbage bags. 📌 Smoking, excessive noise, and parties are prohibited indoors. 📌 This is a 4th-floor unit with no elevator. 📌 Pets are negotiable. Please inquire in advance. ☎️ 📌 Compensation for damages will be charged in case of property damage or severe contamination. 📌 As this is an old apartment near a forest with many trees and soil, we make efforts to prevent pests, but insects may still enter. Refunds due to this are not possible, so please consider this when making your reservation. 📌 As this is not a hotel, amenities such as bottled water, towels, and disposable items are not provided.
The management fee includes the basic apartment management fee, as well as electricity, gas, and water charges.
