You can park on the street at 6-46 Sungui-dong. After parking, you can walk to the accommodation as shown in the map photo. The small room contains a washing machine and a vanity, so it cannot be used as a bedroom!! There is only one queen-size bed in the large room. This is a budget-friendly accommodation focused on affordability. Renovations have been completed on the wallpaper, flooring, bathroom, turning door, lighting, and plumbing. All essentials are provided, even if not shown in the photos. Please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and personal hygiene products. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Heating is provided via the air conditioner, not Ondol (underfloor heating). The floor can be cold, so please wear thick socks.

I booked the place because it was advertised as having two rooms, but upon arrival... The first room was fine, but... the second room was so small that it was being used as a utility room for the washing machine, and there wasn't even a bed. Two of us went to stay there, but one person ended up having to stay somewhere else.

The building looks like an old villa from the outside, but the interior was fully renovated and clean. I had a great stay.
