In June, we renovated the interior, installing German-style insulated windows and a glass-block veranda; we aimed to create a quieter and more comfortable space for our visitors.
It is a 5-minute walk from Junggok Station. Please let me know if you need parking (1 vehicle).
The move-in process is contactless; once the contract is finalized, we will send you a text message containing move-in instructions along with the building entrance and door lock codes.
Children's Grand Park is easily accessible—just a 10-minute drive or two subway stops away—and Daewon International Middle and High Schools are within a 10-minute walk.
All utility costs are included in the management fee; however, additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
