We will provide guidance upon move-in, but contactless options are also available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are allowed, but an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged.
Dolsanhanggyo Cultural Heritage is in front of the house. It is 300m to the sea and the promenade has a good view. It is a 10-minute drive to Geumodo Biryeokgil Passenger Terminal. It is 30 minutes to Hyangiram. It is 30 minutes to downtown Yeosu.
All management fees are included in the rent. However, if the monthly fee exceeds 100,000 won, an additional charge may be incurred, so please use it without waste. If there are more than 2 people, there is an additional charge of 50,000 won per person per month. (If it is within 2 weeks, 5,000 won per person per day)
