An excellent room featuring three beds and two TVs. It boasts a prime location right in front of the Singal Ogeori (Five-way Intersection) bus stop and offers a superb view of the nearby stream. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with bus stops right on the doorstep connecting to Gangnam, Bundang, Pangyo, Suwon, and more. The area offers top-notch infrastructure, including numerous restaurants, banks, hospitals, large supermarkets, and spacious local markets; plus, deliveries (like Coupang) are brought right to the third floor. Parking is excellent, with free spaces available at the front and back of the building, as well as a paid public parking lot nearby. The stream in front of the building is perfect for exercising and is equipped with plenty of outdoor fitness equipment.
There is a bus stop right in front of the house with buses that provide excellent connectivity to Gangnam Station, Pangyo, Bundang, and Suwon.
Please note that additional management fees may be charged if the included utilities are used excessively. We request payment for the excess amount if the combined monthly cost for electricity and gas exceeds 160,000 KRW. Come stay with us—we're the best! ^^
