Our home is an apartment in a quiet and clean complex near Ilsan Lake Park. It has two rooms, including the living room, and you will have the entire house to yourselves. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a check-in and information message. - Parties, smoking, and pets are prohibited. - Please be mindful of noise after 10 PM.
Department stores, large supermarkets, movie theaters, and university hospitals are all within a 5-minute walk from the house, providing excellent access to nearby amenities. Ilsan Garosu-gil and Ilsan Lake Park are also within walking distance. Basic appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, and TV, as well as small appliances (coffee machine, toaster, pressure cooker, electric kettle, etc.), furniture, cooking utensils, tableware, various seasonings, laundry detergent, and bathroom supplies are all provided, so please just bring yourself and enjoy your stay.^^
