- Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you move-in and usage instructions. - Check-in may be in-person or contactless, depending on the situation. - 🚪Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00 (I will do my best to accommodate your preferred times ☺️) - Please message me via chat if you wish to extend your stay. - Disposable items (toothpaste/toothbrush, towels, shampoo, etc.) cannot be provided due to legal regulations. - Resident registration is prohibited; no smoking indoors; no parties or pets allowed; please keep noise to a minimum (damages will be charged for any issues caused by smoking or pets 🥲).
- Outlet mall and various hospitals near the station; GS25 and CU convenience stores nearby. - Includes bed, refrigerator, air conditioner, Coway dehumidifier/air purifier (pictured), air circulator (for summer), furniture, and lighting remote control (pictured). - Meticulously maintained by cleaning professionals to ensure a spotless condition, providing a pleasant and comfortable living space from the moment you move in. - Cleaning supplies (cleaning sheets, mop/wiper, lint roller, vacuum cleaner), cooking utensils (pots, frying pans, kitchen shears, tongs), and seasonings (salt; excludes coarse MSG, pepper, and cooking oil).
