This is a recently remodeled house. It is a detached two-story house featuring a stone wall and a spacious yard. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. The standard occupancy is six people. There are two terraces.
It is located right next to the Yongsu-ri Olle Trail. 5 minutes to Sinchang Coastal Road 5 minutes to Chagwido Island 17 minutes to Hyeopjae Beach 15 minutes to Panpo Port 20 minutes to Shinhwa World It is a great location for exploring the western region. There are nearby stops for airport buses and regular buses. We recommend bringing a car.
Pets are not allowed. There is no dedicated barbecue grill, but a portable gas grill (Guibada) is provided. You can use it by purchasing your own butane gas canisters. There are four rooms in total, including the attic. The accommodation features five single beds and one double bed. It is a comfortable space for large families and groups with children. Please bring your own toiletries. Please inquire about additional costs for bedding rentals.
Convenience facilities such as a large supermarket, hospital, and restaurants are within a 3-minute drive. A 5-minute walk to the seaside and Olle Trail; numerous coffee shops nearby. CCTV installed. Multiple solar-powered lights installed.
Gas and electricity charges are calculated based on meter readings. For stays of one week or longer, a water fee is charged per person. Internet access is free. Please bring your own towels and toiletries. Bedding rental is 100,000 KRW for up to 6 people; please inquire separately. Bedding is available for up to 8 people. Please contact us for groups larger than 8 people.
I really enjoyed my two-week stay in this cozy and warm home! If the opportunity arises, I would love to stay here again.

I was worried since I was traveling with older family members, but they absolutely loved it. It’s a wonderful place for a family stay👍🏻 It was quiet, the babies slept well, and we had a truly happy trip. We really enjoyed our week here:)
