Check-in is contactless. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. As this is not a commercial lodging facility, bedding, tableware, and toiletries are not provided; please bring your own. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and please do not attach items such as adhesive hangers to the walls without prior consultation.
The long-term contract discount is automatically applied upon payment. Prior to move-in, basic cleaning is performed, focusing on organizing fixtures, vacuuming, and wet mopping. Any cleaning required after moving in is the responsibility of the resident according to their personal preferences. If the cleaning is found to be insufficient on the day of move-in, please let us know; we will accompany you to the unit to inspect the area and perform additional cleaning.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled upon check-out and billed based on actual usage.
