- It is a 5-minute walk from Junggok Station (Line 7). - By subway from Junggok Station, it takes 3 minutes to Children's Grand Park Station, 5 minutes to Konkuk University Station, 10 minutes to Seongsu Station, 15 minutes to Jamsillaru Station (Seoul Asan Hospital), 20 minutes to Jamsil Station (Lotte World), and 28 minutes to Jongno 3-ga Station (Ikseon-dong, Insadong, Gwangjang Market, Cheonggyecheon Stream). - It offers excellent accessibility to major attractions in both Gangnam and Gangbuk.

Smoking in common areas (such as stairs or the yard) and placing items that obstruct passage are strictly forbidden, as they cause inconvenience to others. - Toiletries are not provided for short-term rentals; please bring your own personal items such as towels and shampoo. - Bedding is freshly laundered before check-in; additional changes are not available during your stay. - Please purchase designated waste bags from a nearby market and dispose of general waste and food waste separately. - As this is a very quiet residential area, please be mindful of noise levels after 9 PM.

The location was great. There is a large market, a Daiso, and various restaurants nearby. It is also convenient, with a subway station and bus stop close to the accommodation, and the surrounding area is quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary tableware and cooking utensils, including plates, cups, cutlery, pots, and frying pans. It was nice having a TV in one of the rooms. Although mosquitoes got in at night in late September, I was able to sleep comfortably thanks to the mosquito vaporizer. The sink might feel a bit small, but overall, the advantages far outweighed the disadvantages.
