✅️ The unit is professionally cleaned and ready for immediate use. ✅️ Please treat the space as your own; cleaning or replacement fees may be charged for any damage or stains. ✅️ Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. (A special cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs.) ✅️ A waste sorting area is located on the first floor.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.

Everything was already provided, so I didn't need to prepare a thing and had a very comfortable stay. I was truly touched and grateful to feel how much the host cares about their guests.
