This is a white-toned, two-story villa that has recently undergone remodeling.
It is located roughly halfway between Ganseok Ogeori Station and Ganseok Sageori on Incheon Line 1, and is a 5- to 10-minute walk away.

Ganseok Jayu Market and the Ganseok 3-dong Administrative Welfare Center are nearby. There is a mini spin dryer in the bathroom. (Equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, bedding, bed, etc.) Smoking is strictly prohibited; the room must be restored to its original condition if damaged; please avoid causing disturbances to others; the occupant is solely responsible for any incidents or accidents. We would appreciate it if you could keep the room clean, just as you would your own.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but not to the point where it interferes with daily life. There are no bugs, and transportation is convenient. However, the natural lighting is a bit disappointing; it’s somewhat dark during the day unless the lights are on.

The bathroom was a bit humid and it was a hassle having to use a public parking lot since there were no spots available, but otherwise, I was satisfied with everything.
