A clean, spacious two-room unit located in a quiet residential area. It features a large living room, a spacious bathroom, and convenient parking. Amenities such as a laundromat, convenience store, and auto repair shop are right next door. Located in the safe "SM Village" complex right off the main road. A supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is a nearby street lined with restaurants and eateries. It offers a quiet environment for sleeping and excellent amenities—an ideal place to live. Fully furnished; just bring your personal belongings to this clean and attractive home. The current setup includes one queen-size bed and two super-single beds, but we can remove them if you don't need them. Fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, and more. Please send a text message with details such as the number of occupants and the purpose of your stay when making a reservation.
Use Seowonju Manjong Station
Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Pets are not allowed, and indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. Please observe basic residential etiquette, such as daily waste sorting and recycling, throughout your stay. There is an auto repair shop and a laundry service on the ground floor. It is a spacious, high-end two-room unit.
The area is within walking distance of two elementary schools as well as middle and high schools, and features numerous franchise restaurants and excellent delivery services. Oak Valley Resort, Saemmaru Park, Museum SAN, and Sogeumsan Suspension Bridge are all located nearby.
The maintenance fee covers up to two occupants. Additional charges may apply for excessive gas or electricity usage. An additional fee of 30,000 KRW applies for each additional person.
It was such a beautiful and comfortable home :) The host was very attentive, allowing me to rest comfortably during my business trip! Thanks to this, I’m leaving with wonderful summer memories~~
