Cheongnyangni Station and the department store are an 8-minute walk away. The laundry room, convenience store, pharmacy, and coffee shop are 3 minutes away. There are large apartment complexes, shopping centers, and bus stops nearby.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you a check-in guide message when the contract is confirmed. Disposable items (toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, shampoo) are not provided. There is an additional cost for extra bedding. You will be charged for severe contamination or damage. Cooking food with a strong odor is difficult. No smoking indoors (use the area outside the 1st-floor entrance). Pets are not allowed.
Moving-in registration is not possible. Disinfection is performed before moving in. For recycling, please separate cans, plastic, and glass. For general waste, please tie it up and place it under the street trees on the 1st floor.
Utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
