This is a newly built 3-room duplex. We do not charge a cleaning fee upon departure, but you must dispose of all waste before leaving. (A cleaning fee will be charged if there is waste.) Registration of move-in is not possible.
It's a 13-minute walk from Unjeong Station and Yandang Station.
You must clean the house yourself upon moving in. If the gas is turned off, please turn it on and use it. We will send you the house password on the day of your move-in. Do not touch any mail. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please adhere to these times. To receive your deposit back, you must send a screenshot of your utility bill settlement upon check-out.
Pets are allowed. You must restore the house to its original condition if it is damaged.
Basic management fees are used for cleaning common areas, common electricity bills, etc. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon departure. If you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
It’s a comfortable, high-ceilinged duplex, so the space feels roomy and practical. I had a really comfortable stay :)
