It is a one-minute walk from Dongtan Hallym University Hospital (especially the annex), and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, making it very convenient for daily life. I had a great stay.
You are greeted by a pleasant scent the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this place if you are sensitive to smells. It is especially recommended for the summer; since it faces north, it stays cooler than units on the opposite side of the building. It might be a bit colder in winter due to the lack of direct sunlight, but having stayed on the other side last winter, I don't think it makes a huge difference. There are no parking issues (the lot is spacious), and security is excellent. However... Downside #1: You can hear a low humming sound while sleeping. Some people might be sensitive to it (like my wife), though I slept just fine. Downside #2: You need to bring your own toothpaste. Downside #3: The bathroom is split into a shower area (wet zone) and a toilet area (dry zone). The shower door doesn't close perfectly, so water splashes toward the toilet area; unfortunately, there is no bath mat or thick towel to step on either inside or outside the bathroom. The towels are too thin to serve as a bath mat... (I personally prefer thick towels, haha.) These are minor issues, though, so they shouldn't cause any major problems during your stay.
It was clean and comfortable; I had a pleasant stay.
